A New Approach to College Admissions for all michigan students
What is it?
Michigan high school seniors can now receive direct admission offers from participating Michigan colleges and universities through the Match platform — no application required! As part of the statewide College Bound Michigan campaign, this initiative connects students to real college offers at no cost to the students or schools.
Instead of hoping students apply, colleges proactively offer admission to students based on academic record and program fit, helping more students see themselves as college-bound.

Sept. 21, 2026: First Profile Deadline

October-June: Admission Offers
Students who submit a completed profile on the first of the month will receive offers approximately two weeks later. For example, students who create a new profile by Nov. 1 will get offers on Nov. 16. Students then review incoming admission offers and respond "interested" or "not interested" by the offer's expiration date.
June 1, 2027: Final Deadline for Students
The final set of admissions offers will be sent in June; students must create a profile before June 1 to be included. Some institutions may stop sending offers earlier than that if they hit their admissions goals, so it's best to create a profile earlier in the school year.
